Our Programs

We travel to camps or other organizations to show girls how to build a Shaker peg board or other small projects. They learn how to use a palm sander, cordless drill, branding iron, drill press and, of course, a hammer.

All Camp

First time visit to camps for a full day-individual project. Each camper will learn how to use several power tools safely and will build a shaker peg board to take home.

(10 girls per hour, minimum-60 girls, maximum-80 girls)
Cost: $15/camper materials included

Staff Build

Teaches a minimum of thirty and maximum of forty of your staff to build as teams of four or five at your camp during pre camp. Discover who the leaders, team players and followers are within your staff as they learn how to build benches or picnic tables for your camp.

(Two shifts, morning and afternoon)
Cost: $25.00/staff member

Construction Specialty

Targeting girls that choose a camp session with a focus on building. We can work with ten girls building outdoor chairs, picnic tables, benches, raised beds, bookcases or many other items your camp might need.

Cost: $75.00/girl

Instructor Training

Three day session in our workshop in Goffstown, NH teaching your staff how to use tools safely with kids of all ages. Participants will learn about what tools are needed for a beginner woodworking program, how to set up a woodshop and how to build a variety of small projects. There is no experience needed. Materials, breakfast and lunch are provided.

(Male or female staff members welcome!)
Cost: $395.00/staff member

Come Build With Us

Come to our shop located in Goffstown, New Hampshire! We offer classes for 10 girls with a 4-hour block of time. Girls learn to use a variety of power tools while building their very own project.

Cost: $65/girl with a materials fee determined by project choice

Note: Staff Build and Construction Specialty programs do not include material. However, we do include a list of material needed for your project that your area lumber yard can deliver to your camp prior to our visit!

Advanced projects are available for repeat program sites.

Our classes are open to any girl interested in learning the craft of woodworking. No experience is needed!
